Q:

I can't find my downloaded song files. Where did they go on my computer after I downloaded them? (Downloads)

A:

Where your song files go when you download them depends on a varoety of factors such as which operating system you are using and which web browser you are using.  This makes it pretty much impossible for us to determine where your files go on your computer after you download them.

By default when using Internet Explorer version 8 or newer and on a Windows 7 computer, the downloaded files are in a "Downloads" folder.

The downloads folder can be found by clicking the Start button (Windows logo in the bottom left corner) then click on the word "Computer".   A window will open. Once the window opens, you should see an item in the left hand side of the window that opened labeled "Downloads".  Clicking on that should reveal all of the files you have downloaded.

If you do not see your files, it is possible that you or someone with access to your computer has changed the default settings for downloaded files.  If that may be true and you do not know how to find them, please consult with a friend or relative that may be able to assist you.

Becuase of the large variety of different configuration scenarios, please understand that it is difficult for us to know where you saved files and therefore cannot provide any support in this area.

However, on most computers you can use the right mouse button to click on the download link then choose the option to Save As.  That should give you additional options to choose where you want to save the downloaded music files.
